SOUTH BEND-- Voters got a chance to hear from Indiana's 2nd district congressional candidates Sunday night. However, only from two. Democrat Brendan Mullen and Libertarian Joe Ruiz shared their stances on key issues but front runner, Jackie Walorski was not there. Walorski is also not expected to debate tonight in Fulton County.
