INDIANAPOLIS-- The new England Pharmacy that is linked to the tainted steroids is about to get a second lawsuit from Indiana. The Indiana Attorney's General's Office filed a complaint against the pharmacy for the steroids that killed 3 in the Hoosier state. The New England Compounding Center will meet with the Indiana Pharmacy Board next week.
