ATLANTA-- Authorities have arrested a man who fired at a church member in Georgia during a bible study. Police caught the 52 year old Floyd Palmer near a store after the tragedy. It happened around 10 am at Creflo Dollar's World Changers Church International. The injured man did not make it.
