The 7th Circuit Court of Appeals passed a move on Tuesday..it prevents the Hoosier state from cutting off Medicaid for Planned Parenthood of Indiana. Here‘s what Attorney General Greg Zoeller had to say about the court decision..."The Indiana legislature decided they did not want taxpayer funds to indirectly support abortion services with such things as payroll and overhead. So they passed this law and as lawyer for the state of Indiana, I will continue to defend this law as is my duty."
