Indiana health officials want to warn you about an outbreak of a rare type of (fun-gul) fungal meningitis. 30 people have become sick in six states, and five have died from the outbreak. Officials say it's linked to a spinal steroid injection to control back pain. Six health care facilities that received the product are in Evansville, Fort Wayne, Elkhart, South Bend, Terre Haute and Columbus.
