Passing a stopped bus with its safety arm extended can cost you a 1 thousand dollar fine time in jail.. Kokomo officials say more people disobeying school bus stops when it's dropping a child off.. so now they're going to start cracking down on school safety. Officials remind you to becareful with children walking during the morning and afterschool hours.
