An Indianapolis couple are pending their jury trial after defrauding the government out of a 9 million dollar daycare scheme. Prosecutors say Donald and LaFawn Crumpton would ask parents to register their children for days they didn't attend, and charge the state for lunches the school never served. Little Miracles operated in 8 different locations around Indy..but they're now closed.
