How would you feel if a teacher was allowed to paddle your child? In a North Texas town, that's allowed. School administrators approved a new policy that gives teachers permission to paddle students of the opposite sex, as long as there's a same-gender official who's witnessing the act. The Washington Post says school officials can strike students with a wodden paddle on the rear. However, parents must grant permission before doing so.
