For the first time in seven weeks, gas prices are going down. The latest Lundberg survey reports the national average for regular is just above three-dollars and 83-cents per gallon.. that‘s a drop of about four-tenths of a cent over the past two weeks. The cheapest gas in the Michiana area is about $3.80.
