The man accused of the Colorado movie-theater tragedy will attend a court hearing today. James Holmes already faces more than 140 charges, and today attorneys are expected to discuss a new prosecution request to add 10 more. A spokesman with the State Court tells CNN that prosecutors are also seeking to amend 17 of the original charges.
