Elkhart officials set 7,000 gigantic mums along Elkhart's Riverwalk for you to see. The Fall flower carpet is timing this out with Elkhart's "Celebrate the Arts" event..You can check out the mums and other activities in the area, today through September 29th on Waterfall Drive.
