Residents in Michigan are paying a bit more for their gas.. AAA Michigan says gasoline prices rose 5 cents during the past week to a statewide avergae of about 4 dollars. Triple A says the cheapest prices for unleaded fuel is in the Bay City areas where it's about 3 dollars and 89 cents a gallon.
