The best k-9 trainer in the nation is right here in Indiana. The Association of Fish and Wildlife Agencies awarded conservation officer, Jeff Milner, for being the top Indiana k-9 trainer. Milner has conducted 4 k-9 academies that have trained resource protection officers and dogs from several states.
