Kokomo's Howard County Public Library has a new director.. Faith Brautigam, will be the library's first director in 30 years. The Kokomo Tribune reports that she was the former director of a Public Library in Illinois, but now she'll be the library's new director. She was selected una-ni-mously on Monday.
