If you love flowers, then you'll want to be downtown Elkhart..City officials are setting 7,000 gigantic colorful mums along Elkhart's Riverwalk for you to see. The Fall flower carpet is even timing this out with Elkhart's "Celebrate the Arts" event..You can check out the mums and other activities in the area, starting tomorrow through September 29th on Waterfall Drive.
