Children with severe mental illnesses will now be able to get a state-funded service without their parents admitting neglect charges..it's all part of Indiana's Department of Child Services. The plan allows families, judges, schools and other officials to contact the health center to coordinate care for the children.. DCS will launch the program in the Lawrenceburg area and then expand it statewide.
