An increase in enrollment at Eastern Howard Schools is boosting revenue in the district and freeing up money for raises. The school board approved a 2-percent raise for all non-certified staff, with coaches and extracurricular staff receiving the same raise as well. The board also voted to contribute more toward employee insurance premiums.
