The President of the Logansport-Cass County Chamber of Commerce resigned on Tuesday.. Chairman of the chamber board says Brian Shafter left a letter stating his resignition, but not his reason for leaving. Shafter graduated from Caston High School in 1987 and had been with the chamber since July 2005.
