If you work for St. Joseph County, you could be getting a raise next year. The Common Council met Wednesday to talk about their 2013 budget, and under the current spending plan, full-time employees would get a $1,000 dollar raise. Part-time employees would get a $.25 cents per-hour boost to their paychecks. City officials will talk about it more in October.
