Just days after a safety manual was released to reduce buggy crashes, another accident takes place. A semi hit with a buggy on Tuesday afternoon on U.S 20, east of County Road 43.. but fortunately, the 74 year old woman who was inside the buggy was able to get out safe. These types of accidents are the reason why Elkhart officials released a safety manual on Monday.
