Some high school students are making their teachers proud.. High Caston Junior-Senior High is proud to say that the school’s graduation rate has gone up by 6 percentage points. Caston's graduation rate after the 2010-2011 school year went up to 86 percent from 80 percent and school officials say this is a big improvement compared to rates in 2008, where the rate dropped to 60 percent.
