If you live in Howard County, you could receive a bonus.. The Howard County Council approved up to an $800 dollar bunous for full time employees and $400 dollars for part-timers. The Kokomo Tribune says that to receive a bonus, you must be working as of July 1st of 2013. The $800 dollar bonus for full-time employees is the equivalent of a 3 percent pay raise.
