In men's college basketball, the Big Ten's regular-season ends in a three-way tie for first place. 11th-ranked Michigan State crushed Michigan, 64-48, Sunday to tie Purdue and Ohio State at the top of the conference standings heading into this week's Big Ten Tournament. Based on tiebreakers, Ohio State will be the top seed in the tourney, Purdue is the number two seed and will play the winner of the IU-Northwestern game Friday night. Third-seed Michigan State opens play Friday against Minnesota or Penn State.
